at the doctors office waiting for my testing prior to jumping on the crazy plan again. After researching it all again-I have decided it is ok to do for the short term 3 weeks. I am going to add in corella and virgin coconut oil the first few days for detox issues. I am gluten free so I am going to skip the melba or try a rice cracker if I need a crumble.
Looking forward to day 5 or 6 when my joints stop hurting completely (a lot better since gluten free but stairs still get me!)
Going to spend the day making freezer meals for the kids and hubby that I can pull out so I do not subject them to fast food for the next few weeks.
Think I will poach my organic, grass fed chicken and beef in tomatoes for a quick meal for me.
Lovey the radishes browned in a bit of coconut oil last time.
Have lots of planning to do the next few days.
