Struggling- again. Well I never got in my two workouts- too much happening this weekend. I did get my car back from the shop and it is fixed so that is going to make things easier (a week without my car makes things so nuts). Then I cleaned most of the day on Saturday and got the rest of the house unpacked (except the boyfriends - man cave- but I am not concerned about that). Then we had a date night which was nice but I did not eat well and then for some reason I could not sleep and I only got maybe 2 hours if that, of sleep. The my boyfriend was at his new job on Sunday so i was by myself with the kid for the day- on no sleep and that was stressful. I did get my grocery shopping finished and he was mostly good for that. I did more cleaning on Sunday and things around the house. I got some good sleep last night- so much that I did not get up and go tot he gym this morning. I did 30 min of yoga at school in my classroom before class today so that was nice and relaxing (but kind of made me tired again). I plan to go to the gym after job number 2 today (but I think I might need a 5 hour energy or mountain dew first). I have already had my coffee but it does not seem to be helping right now. I am just going to stay focused and dedicated to my diet today. I hope that everyone else is having a more successful Monday and I hope that the week improves.
