Ooh, I didn't blog on Friday. I was way too caught up in the news. Oops!
Anyway, I had a phenomenal weekend. I spent it with my youngest sister (I have several, but she is 10 years younger than I am) watching tv, eating things I shouldn't, and really just recharging. I needed it in a big way!
Back at it today, though. I prepped food for the week. Lunches are mashed sweet potato, green beans, chicken sausage and a touch of blue cheese. One of my favorite meals. Breakfast I had a banana with almond butter and a cup of tea. I also have an apple, 2 hard boiled eggs, and sliced peppers and celery with guac in my bag but I doubt I'll eat all that. Sounds like a ton of food!
I wanted to share this with you for all who aren't on my Facebook. This is my friend Randy and his guide dog, Quinn, finishing the BAA 5K last Sunday. Randy is completely blind and does everything from run to hike to ski with the help of Quinn and friends.
