Day 2 of the Plan and day 22 of The 30 Day Challenge!

This morning I got up and weighed in and I am 1.2 pounds DOWN since starting "The Plan" yesterday. CAN YOU SAY HAPPY DANCE?

    emoticon I'm so glad to hear The Plan is working for you!

I had a much better day today, in terms of mindfulness. I avoided sugar and white carbs. I ate healthy and stayed well within range too.

I dealt with the tedium of paperwork I have to do for my short sale and just took each step as it came. I didn't let it all overwhelm me. Unfortunately, however, it did take up the day, and I did not get my exercise in today.
Tomorrow promises to be super busy, but there may be some outside time included in work, so it might just turn out perfectly.

Off to bed now. G'night emoticon

Out to lunch today - massive salad, smoked salmon, artichokes, capers, arugula, avo, feta, slices of baby potato, stacks of garlic and parmesan - chose this solution for lunch with a former student visiting from Switzerland (cabin crew with Edelweiss Air) as it was a last minute date, and I was too lazy to create something healthy at home.

Pilates and Bodyworx - 60minutes each
Feet up tonight :)

Great guest blog - the moral of that story, don't buy anything in a packet that needs a label. You never know what junk is in there...
