I feel better after two days of no-sugar eating. I made sure to drink scads of water and herbal tea, which seems to have flushed (ahem) the bloat from my system. My clothes are looser this morning and although I am still feeling tired and listless and brain-fogged, it's better than it was Saturday and Sunday. And I didn't scare myself in the mirror--always a better start to the day.
Sugar is not my friend!
