What a beautiful day it is here today in the big land.
I had a very nice weekend with my girlfriend, dinner with my daughter, life is good.

So today is a fast day. Walking will be my only exercise today as its going to be a busy one.
I will do the fit test tomorrow to see where I am in my fitness goals.
I have committed myself to doing the whole 30 plan, today being my first day, so I weighed myself and measured my body and took with my myo tape and caliper. No more measuring or weighing myself for 30 days. I have been 2 weeks with no grain and already my knees feel better, I sleep well and have more energy. This eating plan is not a weight loss program, I will loose some weight, its more to do with resetting your body and turning off any inflammation you may have from following the normal north american diet. I am looking forward to it, it will be a great learning experience.
