My goals for this week - no excuses, no matter what

Recently, I have allowed my tracking to falter after a few days. I have not walked as often as I should. It's time to make a change.

I am setting a goal for myself for this week -- every day this week.

This week I will track my food and I will stay within the calorie range every day.

This week I will track my walking -- 3 miles each time for at least 4 days.

No excuses, no matter what.

I have to track my food to stay within my calorie range. Good for you for setting these daily goals. You can do it.

    3 miles is achievable. Pre-Spark, I used to think a walk wasn't really exercise unless I went 5 miles. Now, with a 10K steps per day streak, I do quite a few walks between 2.5 and 3.5 miles. They just fit in the available time better.
