Just finishing up my breakfast, noticing the blue sky outside, and contemplating the day! Yeah, so much to look forward to; so much opportunity! And today it's mine, all mine!
What's your "feel good" way to "break the fast?" Mine? A smoothie!!! I really like those that are green... Kale, yum! But alas, today I chose not to go green.
This morning's recipe all whipped up in my irreplaceable VitaMix:
1/2 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond/Coconut Blend
3 large strawberries frozen
1/2 cup banana slices frozen
1/2 cup fresh pineapple cubed
1 Tbs flaxseed
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
Here's what I noticed this morning... THIS WAS TOO SWEET FOR MY CURRENT TASTES!!! Wow! Can you believe that? Amazing how you change and what you learn about your evolving preferences as you progress along your life's journey to improved well-being!
