It is day 1 of the Commit To Be Fit program. I got my weight & measurements this morning. I've got my competition & I am pumped. 1 hour of elliptical before work & healthy homemade food in the fridge for lunches. Now it's time for the work week to begin, and the "beatings." I'm ready to give it my all, ready to spark & start seeing results. Have a great week everyone!
