I've gone up and down with my workouts so far this year. I've always had one thing or another holding me back. April is almost over, summer is around the corner and my cruise in November is 209 days away.
My motivation is back and I have some new ways to workout. I finally have a tv in my living room so I have plenty of room to do workouts there now. Dan has moved in and brought over his xbox as well. He downloaded Zumba workout videos for me to watch/do and also bought Dance Central so I can use that as a fun workout.
My plan is to do a video game/home workout today and Wednesday and hit up the gym Tuesday and Thursday. If the weekend is nice maybe go for a bike ride or a walk.
We also went shopping yesterday and bought a ton of fruit. The plan is to start sticking to a healthier lunch and also cooking more. I indulged a bit more than I should have last week. It was my birthday on Friday so I had various dinner plans with family and friends different nights of the week and also had a fair amount of alcohol Friday night. That combined with just not following through with workouts means I'm back up to 160 pounds. My goal is to be down to 155 or below by my cousins wedding at the end of May. Sounds easy enough but I've said that before and failed. Hopefully this time will be a success.
