falling off the wagon

I lost motivation and could not stop eating my way out of frustration. It took day for me to get it some what under control but still working on it. I have gain and lost the same 8lbs for the last couple of months. I am hoping change will come. emoticon

    Don't feel bad I have been in the same 5 pound range for 4 months now. I just started low carb last week to help me over my hump. You should give yourself a free day everyso often so you do not have to count everything that way you do not feel deprived. I do free Sundays now because I am extremely strick the other 6 days. I do not bread, pasta or potato 6 days a week and on Sunday I allow myself to have carbs. Hopefully this change will help me over my hump. Maybe your should try changing things up a little with your diet. Changing up my exercise did not help me I just lost inches but not pounds so I have discovered my loss will have to be food based and stay the same with my exercise.

    I too, got a off course but I'm back! I'm challenging myself to fit in 2 mini-workouts & am giving up alcohol for 3 weeks. You can get on track too. Hit RESET. emoticon

    Don't get too upset over it! We all hit bumps like that sometimes. If you are looking to loose that 8 pounds for good then you are in the right place!

    I wish you luck with your future eating habits, they ca be so hard to break especially when you have fallen into a binging routine!

    I have heard that what you are going through is normal when it comes to trying to lose weight, but keep trying! I binge on the occasion, but I just see it as a hiccup in my routine. You haven't fallen off the wagon, you've just had a hiccup. I wish you the best
