Today went by so fast! I managed to get in 2 SP workouts 1st thing this morning. I got in 2 hours of tennis for cardio.
I stayed within my nutritional ranges.
I took time to squeeze in something new. I learned how to make a scrapbook card. It was great visiting with friends, cutting out flowers & making a beautiful card. I was shocked because I'm craft challenged!
