friday was a good day kept in calorie range
exercise was also good - did wio on the wii - 7,022 steps - 1 hour - and burned 212 calories
also walked max and charlie twice for 20 minutes and burned 134 calories
also did auqa zumba for 60 minutes and water walking 15 minutes and burned 537 calories.
saturday was a lay back day, had meetings all day so the only exercise i did was walking max and charlie for 20 minutes and burned 134 calories.
and was able to stay in calorie range for eating
sunday was also a good day for staying in calorie range for eating
exercise was good too, walked max and charlie for 20 minutes and burned 134 calories
also did the wio for 60 minutes with 10,599 steps and burning 317 calories.
so, so far so good, 172 days to go
