GETTING back on track

Yes, it is about that time to AGAIN kill it.. I killed it from January until Easter, slacked for a couple weeks, but before I had the chance to gain all my weight back and lose all of my motivation, i went back to the gym and my motivation is once again back. I lost about 10lbs between Jan and the end of March. I ate really well and went to the gym 5 days a week. Well, I am back and I am going to kill it. I want to lose 6 more lbs. I thought 145 would be fine (and trust me, Im loving the way I look, esp my upper body!!) but I want that flat belly and in order to get there, i need to lose a little more fat. So my plan you ask? Well, here it goes...GYM at least 3-5 times a week including at least 1 HIIT session. Pushing myself with the weights at the gym, going to push myself to go up in weight within the next few weeks. Getting small, home workouts in, like an after dinner walk, some push ups, some burpees before work. To add to those, I need to start taking my green coffee bean extract with my fish oil, CLA and raspberry ketones. I took a few steps for healthier food today. My boyfriend reccomended we get gas for the grill and I was so excited!!! I got stuff for chicken kabobs this week. I made paleo pancakes so I can grab quick breakfast this week, bought a bunch of produce and have frozen produce for my kale/fruit smoothies. I am going to get back on track and NOTHING can stop me!

    You and I sound like we have the same weight loss goal. I've been hanging around 145, but would LOVE to get back into the 130's somewhere. I'm going to count on yard work this week to help me reach my goal...
