I am looking forward to tomorrow and going back to work. Weekends are yucky. I like going to the gym. I like my daily routine of meals. I like my time alone.

I like my weekends, but miss my routine. I get some house cleaning done, enjoy time with hubby. I get to sleep in! But no gym time.

What is wrong with me? I was always the "Give me diet, YOU keep the exercise" person. Now I crave my workouts. I could hardly wait until I retired and could sleep in and do whatever I wanted. Now I crave my early am and routine.

It is funny how life changes us.

thank goodness for SPARK videos and at home exercise supplies.... I like the freedom of working out a bit whenever.... though the gym has its good points as well.

Happy Monday! I have discovered I really need a routine too. It's hard to do when you're retired because you have to create it from scratch and it's easy for other things to get in the way. Enjoy your time at the gym emoticon

Too bad the owners of the gym don't realize the dissatisfaction their policy causes. Hope the weather improves soon.

The gym hours are funky on the weekend and nonexistent on Sunday. When the weather clears up, I will walk or hike on the weekend. That will help me.

Why can't you go to the gym on the weekend?
