Day 1 of The plan went well, slight headache at times, but manageable!

ON to day 2 tomorrow, I am off to bed for an early night!

It has been a busy weekend!

AT THE Tea party I won the quiz... I got the most questions correct and the quiz was about TEA!
So I won some delicious whole leave tea!~
It was fun and my DD and SIL had a good time too!
A new week begins tomorrow! Whoo hoo!

    Hope the headache goes away and day 2 is wonderful.

I'm doing OK, but not great.
Exercise emoticon I'm kicking butt.
White Carbs & Sugar emoticon Stress won over mindfulness once more.
Dang it!!!
I ate doughnuts emoticon and they did not make my stress go away.
Weird, huh? LOL
That was yesterday (Sunday).
Today is a new day.

    I actually got up today and went for an hour's brisk walk.
Climbed loads of stairs as well. I hope The Plan goes well
for you. Am feeling much better and i think the antibiotic
is doing its job and the coughing and ear ache aren't as
bad. I weighed today and considering I haven't exercised
or eaten well, I am only up 200grams, so I have a week
to get my butt moving. Today was good foodwise also.

    There is basically a week left of this challenge and I really gotta get it together. I started off great last week and then by Friday it all went down hill. I notice a pattern and it has to do with the nights in which I'm not getting much sleep. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the sleep right now. Just hope it gets better and more consistent soon! However, I can decide how I deal with the lack of sleep, and turning to food isn't the answer. I'm still eating healthy stuff, just too much of it!
Ugh...I need a nap!
