Today was a good day.
I did more organizing and cleaning. Separated out the jeans/pants that don't fit right now. Filled my drawers with LOVELY clothes that I can wear and enjoy right now today.
Never could find my lost heart rate monitor strap :( So I just sucked it up and decided to buy another one online. I MISS my HRM. I LOVE knowing how many calories I'm burning down to the tee so I can feel like I really accomplished something! :-D
I took my dog for a great 2+ mile walk.
I got over 12,000 steps before 4 pm.
I ate food that I MADE all day and LOTS of fruits veggies today :) I've also pre-prepared the fruits and veggies for my breakfast smoothie. And I'm going to have a salad for lunch + some protein.
Did some grocery shopping for healthy foods... and Got some studying done!
I did eat more calories than I wanted to yet again (maybe it's the prednisone?) either way, no excuses. I'm going to do an extra 30 mins of exercise- that's better than nothing, and then I'm heading to bed early so I can get a good start for the week.
One week until my vacation and I want to have a smooooooth week. Trying to work out some last minute things with the travel agent. Pray for me.
