Well, I worked it this weekend, and overdid it too!

My ankle is driving me nuts! I would just love to keep up with my current push- unfortunately I am blaming uneven pavement during Saturday's walk. Today, I still went biking with my hubby and friend to continue our training for the tour de cure. We rode just over 12 miles. The only time my ankle bugged me was walking up and down the steep grades.

I have a wrap and iced it. But I haven't seen any swelling, just felt pain. So the next couple of days will be focused on just getting around without overdoing it. If I do workout it will be adjusted for the movement I can do. I will also be living with the wrap too.

Oh, well you live and you learn.
