Overcoming snacking

I know it is hard to overcoming the snacking, overeating, junk food & midnight snacking.

I have been making tossed salad daily and adding craisins or raisins to help me curve my sweet tooth.
I have been eating cheerio cereal instead of potato chips. I have found that when I eat crunchy snacks I tend to eat less. I have been monitoring my portion control.

Believe me it is hard. I have cheated within the last week of starting Sparkpeople. I have been drinking soda which I want to totally stop drinking. If anyone has any other tips feel free to post them here.

I wish everyone the best with their goals this week and going forward.

    Thank you so much. I will try the flavored seltzers and keep away from the kitchen so often. : )

    Instead of soda, have you tried flavored seltzer? There are tons of very yummy flavors. Good luck!

    I understand completely! I try and drink as much water as possible and stay away from the kitchen!
