I know it is hard to overcoming the snacking, overeating, junk food & midnight snacking.
I have been making tossed salad daily and adding craisins or raisins to help me curve my sweet tooth.
I have been eating cheerio cereal instead of potato chips. I have found that when I eat crunchy snacks I tend to eat less. I have been monitoring my portion control.
Believe me it is hard. I have cheated within the last week of starting Sparkpeople. I have been drinking soda which I want to totally stop drinking. If anyone has any other tips feel free to post them here.
