Bye-Bye 160-Ville

Sunday, April 21, 2013

Finally, good-bye to 160-Ville. Yesterday's weigh-in was 159.3! I'm so excited! I know that crazy Insanity workout has contributed to my leaving 160-ville. However, I really need to focus on my eating while doing this workout! I know how I eat is so important. So, I need to get my act together with my eating. I keep saying that I will work on my weekly menus. I have to put this task into actual action. Maybe, I should do a daily menu first, then work my way up to a weekly schedule. I will make this a challenge for myself. Well, there is no time like the present:

1/2 cup of Oatmeal
3 Scrambled Egg Whites

1 Scoop of chocolate whey protein powder & water

Turkey Burger
Dijon Mustard
Thin Whole Wheat Sandwich Bun
1/2 cup of Carrots
1/2 cup of Celery

Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 cup of Pineapple

3-oz of Chicken
1 cup of Broccoli
1/2 of Sweet Potato

Well, here's my meal plan for tomorrow! At least, this is a start!

One thing you could do is buy yourself a small table/notebook and carry it everywhere you go. Every time you put something in your mouth (I don't care if it's to taste something you;re cooking), write it down. The theory behind this is that most people don't want to have to drag pen and paper out every time they eat something, so they may think twice before eating unnecessarily. You can also go back and review your eating habits. JMHO
