Bye-Bye 160-Ville

Finally, good-bye to 160-Ville. Yesterday's weigh-in was 159.3! I'm so excited! I know that crazy Insanity workout has contributed to my leaving 160-ville. However, I really need to focus on my eating while doing this workout! I know how I eat is so important. So, I need to get my act together with my eating. I keep saying that I will work on my weekly menus. I have to put this task into actual action. Maybe, I should do a daily menu first, then work my way up to a weekly schedule. I will make this a challenge for myself. Well, there is no time like the present:

Breakfast:
1/2 cup of Oatmeal
3 Scrambled Egg Whites

Snack:
1 Scoop of chocolate whey protein powder & water
Apple

Lunch:
Turkey Burger
Dijon Mustard
Thin Whole Wheat Sandwich Bun
1/2 cup of Carrots
1/2 cup of Celery

Snack:
Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 cup of Pineapple

Dinner:
3-oz of Chicken
1 cup of Broccoli
1/2 of Sweet Potato

Well, here's my meal plan for tomorrow! At least, this is a start!
