exercise and food

I am doing well with my exercising averaging over 1000 minutes a month to almost 2000 at the end of the month. My food is doing well but I did overeat yesterday. I need to clean up my food and get tighter with it.....This is possible.....I am eating under what sparkpeople has recommended and I am yo yoing in weight but that does not worry me because I am still doing everthing the right way....I think I need to weigh myself at the same time every day maybe that will give me a true weight. emoticon emoticon emoticon
