Well here I am at the beginning of WEEK FOUR! In a way, it is hard to believe how much has changed in four weeks. (I have been here on SP for 4 weeks, Three weeks for the 28 day program)
I have always had a problem with an itchy scalp and dry skin. Today I realized that my scalp is no longer itchy and my skin is less dry! See what drinking your water can do! I also noticed that it is getting easier to get up from a seated position without back pain! There is still a little "twinge", but before I couldn't stand up straight and now I can! I have been doing a lot of stretching and some strength training, so I must be doing something right!
I have been completely off regular sugar since I started and I really don't miss it that much! I use Splenda in tea and sometimes on sour fruit, but I don't crave sugary desserts or anything like that! I do love a good muffin and I have found many recipes for wholegrain or healthy muffins! I don't need the sugar!
I know that even though the pounds are coming off slowly, I am making "PROGRESS"!!!
Keep up this pace and I will catch that silly rabbit!!!
