Of course not that out as in out of Sparkpeople. I mean I am out of the rut, for 2 whole weeks, I was not just feeling it and I was not forcing anything.
All along however, I was eating right and making lovely choices especially on my fruits and vegetables.
I hope I am back for good.
I realized setting this monthly fitness minutes for myself is going to be a great help for me, meaning irrespective of the day I do it and how and where the most important thing is for the minutes to be completed and over if possible.
