That's my mantra for the next 30 days....tried on my pants today, having washed my black pair that I usually wear to church....my other pants I had worn last year just .....WOW.......just would not fit. REALITY CHECK TIME.
I have been episodic on this tracking/fitness thing for 6 months. We are going out to Los Angeles to visit Johnnie at Memorial Day. I am not setting a weight goal. I am setting a process goal of daily time with God (which I have been generally doing but need to maintain), of nutrition tracking and lock-tight calorie limits (not unreasonal SP ones) and a daily fitness goal that will involve walk/run outside on "good days" and inside Walk Away the Pounds on "bad" days. If I do this consistently and habitually, the weight loss/pound loss will come.
I weigh in tomorrow morning....I am setting up my race to LA graph paper to visualize what I am doing tonight.
I am going to share my day-to-day goal attainment here.
