Started walking two weeks and one day ago. Made a pact with my hubby, he is soooo supportive!! Started small, but determined, decided 5 minutes a day for the first week, felt so good to stick to it, aced it with highest time of 8 min and 40 seconds. Second week increased to 6 minutes, woo hoo, stuck to it, highest time 15 min! Lowest time 6 min 30 seconds. The 6 minutes even allows me to walk when my knees are sore. Now we look forward to the time we spend together, lets us unwind, he keeps telling me he is so proud of me. I am too! I have not been loosing, but I am NOT gaining, got to look at the good in that! I read a lot on sparks people, the stories are so inspiring, I am so proud of you all! And so grateful to you all for helping me to take these baby steps.
