After having a good think I am fairly sure my recent set back was exacerbated by the lack of tracking. I think SW was a little bit of a mistake as it took me off my stride. I think it is good to try new things but I think SW just isn't for me. I know it has helped other people but for me it just didn't want to do do the biz.
So back to calorie counting and tracking. I think it's the only thing which really works for me. And I feel so much better now I am tracking. It makes me feel more in control.
Yesterday snt a bad day considering it involved pink wine. I am addicted to Linda Mcartney fish free prawns. They are just over a 100 cals a bag and so filling. I don't think they taste of much but are good when seasoned with chilli and lime juice. They are ridiculously expensive so when Tesco had them in at half price I bought three bags.
It's been a busy dy today. Swimming with the boys.
Though I don't do much swimming. I am in charge of throwing the balls..
