We were asked to write a letter to ourselves in 10 weeks, so here goes!
You are not a fattie. You might think you're a fattie. You might feel like a fattie, but I bet you're way less of a fattie than before! And since I know you won't believe me, do the checks:
1) How are the size 16s fitting? Should be pretty close now!
2) Check the calendar! On track for the long run? I BET YOU ARE!!!
3) How the speed on the treadmill? Faster huh? That's not arbitrary!
I'll do my part to get there, but once I'm there, you gotta recognize our success, missy!
