1. Eliminate sugar and refined carbs (bread, pasta, white flour products) from means
2. Keep moving as much as possible start small and get bigger gradually to not get discouraged
3. Track and Scale Measure everything I put in my mouth.

I I can do the above for this week that is a lot for me.

    Goof for you. . .like Jackie suggested doing all of this at once might be overwhelming and if it is pick one and do that well and then add another Goal to it. Wishing you great results and resolve to do this for the long haul. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    You have to figure out what is BOTH a challenge but also doable - it sounds like you have figured out something that works.

    The no-sugar-no-starch rule is the hardest to agree to but the easiest to pull off actually. Once you get past the initial cravings (which can last several days or more) you don't much miss them.
