a new week

Sunday, April 21, 2013

well here we are another new week, so what's everyone up to? its vet and windy here in the Western Isles so its been an indoorsy type of weekend, I'm currently doing a course on line with Cousera in ancient Greek which is really interesting I've finished my philosophy course and passed that one, and this one will be over in a couple of weeks, just before I go into hospital in May, I'm not looking forward to it although I know once I have had the radio therapy I will be able to get back to my old self again once I am out of isolation. The bit I am really not looking forward to is flying to Aberdeen (between you and me this will be the first time I have flown). As for my diet and fitness at the moment its coming along ok, I've lost 18lb since I joined spark back in November and I really don't think I have ever thought or felt so motivated towards loosing my weight and living in a more healthy way!

Oh my I am sorry to hear that you will be going into the hospital. I do hope it's nothing serious but going in the hospital isn't usually a good thing, so I will keep you in pray my friend.

Weather here is chilly but so bright and sunny !!! 2 simply lovely weather days for the weekend.

I agree with you regarding motivation towards living healthy, I just want to get that motivation to kick in toward the fitness part for me. I'll get there !!!
