If you stuck with your goals for the 10 week blc challenge, you are now about 20 lbs lighter, have more energy, eating in your calorie range most days of the week, getting your workouts in daily and feeling great. I hope that you have succeeded with your goals, but even if you didnt lose all the weight you had hoped and still aren't at the fitness level you thought you would be at at the end of this blc, you have still made great progress! Your doing all that you can to lead a healthier lifestyle and stick with it and that consistency is what will get you to all these goals in the end. Even if it takes a little longer than you'd like, you're on your way! Stick with it, your doing great!
