Hi all, i had my treat night yesterday and i did not go over my limit so go me!! today i get to get my cardio burn on and I cant wait. Im doing 30ds of course and than im ether going on a run or my bf and i are going to take a walk(he wants to start getting fit him self, i think he is trying to catch up lol), ether way im getting my cardio burn on, lol.
i have 5 days, 5 moe days until we leave for Arizon, so that means 5 dble workouts left. You bet your fanny that im gonna rock these workouts out and go full force!! any who i was just checking in. Keep sparking !!
