The last week or so, I've been busy busy busy. When I'm busy, I lose focus of tracking the food I eat. When I'm not tracking, I eat too much. I'm not gaining, but not losing either.
On a positive note, I'm getting LOTS of exercise! I just need to focus more on what I'm eating.
Today is a new day. This week I'll track my food all week, and stay in my target ranges.
