Up at 5:30am made breakfast for hubby, father in law and my self fixed banana puff pancakes (76cal per muffin cake) in my muffin tin with bacon and a bird nest scramble. Then did some web surfing and logging on my trackers, then it was off to the treadmill did 15 min at 15% incline at 2 mph. if my heel hadn't started killing me I think I could of did more but, I could hardly take another step so other than injuring it further I quit. Now it's time to think about what to fix for lunch and dinner so I can chill out for a while.
