lols, I am scooching some of my workouts. I realized this morning that Kathy Smith is deceptively sweet and fun and ruthless. I'm a little sore. So, I'm revising my rotation. I'm going back to my old style rotation which accommodates the stupid trash day. I hate trash day. Its stinky. I hate it, I hate it, but I'm glad to see the trash go, so I don't hate the person driving the truck. Its just stinky. So, I won't go out on trash day.
Here is my revised rotation (using the same workouts just shifted around.)
Sunday: Rest (sore)
Monday: Walk/Run + Solar Yoga
Tuesday: Dance off Belly Fat w/Petra Kolber; Lunar Yoga
Wednesday: Walk/Run 1 segment Tummy Trimmers; PM Gary Bromley Yoga
Friday: BOS 6 + Shred it with weights; Beg. Yoga Shiva Rea 35 min.
Saturday: Walk/Run + MMA Boxing with Cathe

BOS 6 means Buns of Steel 6. Its a very old video on VHS. No kidding, for real. I like it because its funny. She has you 'wash your hair' and do funny things. I need funny, without it life is just too much. Its taught by Lynne Brick. There are no clips online. Go figure.
