I have been inspired by Renne` my SP friend to eat RAW today!
I made a Green Smoothie for Breakfast:
1 cup Spinach
1 small Apple, pealed
1 cup of Dole Frozen Fruit Mix
1 Tbs Flaxseed
1 scoop of Whey Protein
3 cups Water
Calories 501, Carbs 61, Fat 22, Protein 32
I will be away from home today working on my daughters house again so, I will take Almonds, Apple, dried apricots and Water with me.
For Dinner I plan to have another Green Smoothie.
We shall see how this day goes and how I feel to night.
