We had lots of fun at Disney World yesterday! Here's some evidence of recent good times:
I carried around a lot of healthy food and water yesterday all day, and still ended up going significantly over my calorie range by bedtime. Oh, well. I don't have to be perfect!
I missed my Saturday long run, so got up this morning and ran 8.66 miles. Felt good. I love the group long runs, but on the other hand, getting to set exactly the pace I want is a treat, too!
