So I'm almost halfway there.
I'm under 80 kgs (which was my goal for april 1st) I got there now. I am so happy that it was only 20 days late that I got to that goal. So now I can get back on track with my wonderful weightloss.
I even got to a party last night, and I was in a little tight fitted black dress with no back and laces. I got so many comments from guys and girls and my friend that met me in february can see a huge difference in my look from then to now. It's only 10 kgs she's seen me lose and she says she can see the change.
I even woke up to a rather flat stomach this morning (and 0.1 kg less weight than yesterday)
If you wanna drink and lose weight it is possible. Drink what you want, but dance actively in your heels no less than half the time you're out... I can drink so much that even boys can't follow and still lose weight. I dance in my heigh heels, but I jump around and I swing my legs about. No standing in the same place... Dance sexy against a wall so you can do the wal sit for a moment, go down low using your squat technique, and get up again by keeping your head down and ass up and sway back up.... Boys like it, if you know your technique it loks good and it will make you feel your muscles next day and lose weight. Also remember to make extra food the day before that you can reheat quickly so you wont binge the next day. It can save you so much.
