Watch less than 30 minutes of TV every day

Entertain yourself with real-world experiences. Great memories are the product of interesting life experiences. So turn off the television (or the computer if thatís how you watch your TV programs) and get outdoors. Interact with the world, appreciate nature, take notice of the simple pleasures life has to offer, and just watch as life unfolds in front of you.

Less electronic entertainment in the world would be good for all of us! This is a good one! Could make for much more productive people that is for sure lol! Less than 30min of TV is not really much of a problem for me. (especially since the boys and hubby take over the TV anyway lol) This week I have really been keeping computer time very low. And since my smart phone stopped working I spend a lot less time online too! It does free you up more than you realize : )

We cancelled satellite a couple of years ago and never looked back. It has been great for our family to devote less time to looking at a box and more time interacting with each other.

Yup Kaligirl hit the nail on the head, less screen time, not just less TV time.
