McDougall 12 Day Program

I am thinking I officially dropped out. I made day 1 recipes and ate the leftovers for a few days. However, by day 4 or 5 my body was screaming, "GREENS! I WANT GREENS" I love eating a huge salad as the main part of my meal.
I am a vegetable eater and I love my veggies, but McDougall program just doesn't seem to have enough in it for me.
I am finding myself eating junk food again and worst of all, I am hiding my stash so DH doesn't find it and eat it on me. Emotionally, I am dealing with some issues and I think that is my reason for eating the junk food. Last night as I was finishing off that bag of peanut M&M's I was noticing that the only good tasting thing about them was the peanut.
Today, is a new day and my M&M bag is empty and it is time to focus on food, real food.
