Sunday and trying again

The next morning. The back-at-it morning. Baby steps. So far, a good breakfast of oat cereal and blueberries. DHA organic milk. Whole, though. I think that it's healthier than skim, and it doesn't upset my system as much, for some reason. And half a cup isn't going to blow my day.

Made beef and noodles for a potluck board meeting today. I will have to pay attention to what I eat there. but I'll eat a light supper, for sure. In a two or three weeks I'll be able to harvest salad from the farm!

    How thrilling to be able to harvest from the farm! Our weather has delayed our planting this year! It is actually cold here today! Baby steps take you to where you need to be! Yay you!

    I agree completely about the whole milk. I wish I could drink it. I grew up with skim milk, and I've tried several times in my life to increase the fat content of what I can drink, but I can't get past 1%, and even 1% after awhile bothers me. It's not a physical thing, but a taste thing. I just love skim milk. So I give up and will keep drinking the skim. But I make sure to have higher fat yogurts and cheese!
