The Sun is shining!

A new day. A new week. New focus. I have a rather large "to-do" list forming for tomorrow. The place that does the PT was supposed to call and set up an appointment for me to start. No call yet, so I will call them tomorrow.

I'm sort of starting over a bit. I haven't exactly fallen off the wagon with the program, but I've been so worried about making me knees any worse, that portion of my fitness plan, hasn't been very good. I walked yesterday, nothing major, but a 15 minute mile. Pretty much the fist cardio I've done in a few weeks. I'll try it again today. I still plan on doing something for the 5K that is in less than 50 days now.

Yesterday, I are way too much of not the right things. I knew I was doing it. It was deliberately done. Need to add the rest to my tracker actually. It was a comfort food day and I needed it. I haven't had a day that went that far overboard, um, since I started I think. Back on track with that today though.

The sun is out. My husband and I are looking at campers today. Not that we expect to be buying anything. The one we have won't be paid off until next year. But we want to see what is out there that we can tow (currently have a pop-up, but my husband is fast approaching 60 and it's getting to be too much for him, so we're looking at the kind I call tin cans.) It should be a rather pleasant day all in all.

    So glad you are feeling better. I'm sure you needed and definitely deserved that comfort food day. You are secure enough in your goals and your motivation that I know you will get back on track. Hope the PT goes well so you can get back to your training. Will keep you in my thoughts. emoticon emoticon
