Day One on the Eat to Live plan. I lived!
I ate when I was hungry.
Stopped eating before I was full.
Wrote everything down.
Breakfast: Coffee and a banana
Snack: watermelon, strawberries, spoon of peanut butter, and a handful of raspberries and blackberries.
Lunch: A bag of frozen veggies, and a 100 calorie pack of dry roasted edamame.
Supper: Salad: romaine, cherry tomatoes, chick peas, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, watered down dressing.
Snack: handful of walnuts pieces
Tired today, but it could be because of the events of the day before. Not sure if I'm eating enough or drinking enough.
Really did not want to eat salad. Wanted PB&J.
Or cookies. Or just about any starchy food.
Tummy feels a little strange. Not nauseous, or gassy, but not happy. I hope this is the detox, and that it ends before I have to go back to work. Makes me want saltines...
Maybe I just miss feeling full.
Wrote the above last night. Got up this morning, feeling fine.
And I dropped 1.8 pounds!!!
Ok, water weight, but I still liked it.
