I had a friend follow the kate morgan plan and get good results, I think it'd help me too as it was good for portion control etc so tomorrow it's on. Watch this space as I drop lots of weight as part of my goal to get down to 119kg by september 2013. It's time to get serious and start making progress 7 days per week. Dinners on fridays will still be takeaways but I'm going to control my portions better. Can't wait to drop that weight again, I'm back to aching limbs etc when I walk and I want to be energetic again.
I weigh in 1st and 15th of each month and aim to lose as much as I can between each date.
