weigh in

Here it is Sunday again, my weigh in day. I should be excited, happy or at least satisfied. I lost 0.6 kg. Much better than gaining the 0.1 kg last week. But I was expecting more. My BMR puts me at burning 3000 plus calories just to breath. I exercised m butt off compared to the couch potato I was 2 months ago, and I haven't eaten the 2000 calories per day that is my goal. With 2 exceptions, I have always eaten over 1500 calories per day.
I really have to watch my attitude. Thinking like this can send right back to the couch again. But, I want what I want, and I want it when I want it, and I want it now!
Got to remember - One Day at a Time
