Weekly Update #1

Week 1 Update
Exercise-I wasnít as consistent as I had hoped to be. While it wasnít as much as I wanted it to be it is still WAY more than I was doing the last few weeks. I went on a 30 minute hike on Sunday. I did Workout 1 of the Body Revolution program on Tuesday, but didnít continue it through the week like I had planned to. I walked 2 miles on Friday, and 2.25 miles on Saturday.

Diet: I stayed within my calorie range all days except Thursday. We had a big meeting at work that day where they provided a bunch of horrible food, and I did not do a good job avoiding it. I have found that even though I am staying within my calorie range I am not choosing the right foods. I have managed to fit in a bit of junk food, which means that I am missing a lot of the nutrients I need.

Goals for next week:
1. Get in at least 100 fitness minutes for the week.
2. Do at least 2 days of strength training.
3. Increase fiber intake to recommended levels every day.
4. Drink enough water every day.
