Breakfast: 1 McDonald's sausage burrito and a Grande nonfat green tea frappacini w/o whip and w/o syrup.
Lunch: spinach wrap with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, cucumber and hummus.
Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs with tomato, green pepper and onion. It unfortunately came with cheese on it too so I tried to pull it off but I would say I was fairly unsuccessful at it because I didn't want to lose the peppers and onions. I also had a piece of toast that I asked for dry, but it didn't come that way and instead of sending it back I kept it :(
now that doest sound too bad, until I add in the 10 birthday cake oreos and the 3 or 4 mini rice crispy treats that I ate throughout the day as well. I think I counteracted most of the junk though with all the water I drank and all the work I did. I was lifting a lot and running around all day. I was feeling sweaty quite often today...which is saying a lot since it was in the 20's and snowing :(
well, before I call it a night, I need to update you on the bunnies. Last night James fed them warm sugar milk with an eye dropper type syringe and learned that they have teeth so today he put spinach and oats in a bowl for them and when I stopped by, it was all gone! I put more in the dish for them tonight and almost immediately they began eating it. So, i'm thinking we may be in the clear? I don't know, I am just glad they're eating and doing well :)
