Goal change

I think I want to lose more weight. I am thinking about possibly another 10-15#, but for now, just changed it to reflect a total of 100# (at 95# now).

I was looking at my logs and I am down 113# from January 2011. Wow! I didn't realize that I had gotten that high! I am excited about returning to my healthy weight again, whatever that ends up being ultimately. I feel great now! I am enjoying shopping and don't feel like I am constantly being judged on my appearance.

So, though I have not yet accomplished the 100# loss on this go-round, my page is saying100# because that is my intended goal at this time.... 2 weeks? Maybe 3, definitely within the month.

    Great! I imagine when you started it would have been difficult to imagine losing over 100 pounds, having that as a goal at the beginning instead of trying for smaller increments is pretty impressive. I think at this point you know you can lose another 10 - 15 if you decide that's what you want to do. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
