So it is Saturday.. I was determined to get back into the exercise grind.
I did 45 minutes of Just dance sweat down in the basement with the kids before bed.
I have usually gone to the track on Sundays and hopefully I will follow suit.
I am really trying to keep this momentum going and the weight loss happening. I want to make it to 20 pounds loss by graduation June 3.
One more pound to go (245) and I can go to a dance class in Kalamazoo. And if I keep this up I will be ready for the dance conferences in June!!
