Ok so I have been on a slow fall of the wagon. I have been eating more of what I want the last couple of weeks, and have still been losing slowly so that's ok. I missed zumba a few times (not my fault- missed one due to scheduling, the other the class cancelled) and then skipped it this past Wednesday (I did work out at home but that's never as good as zumba). It's not so bad when I eat if I keep up with my work outs, but when I don't do either it's horrible!
My new job has me working a ton of hours which has me shoving my face when I am not even hungry....i have to learn stress does not give me a free pass for eating!

So, tomorrow I will go to zumba as scheduled and not overdo the food. I haven't seen a loss on the scale for a few weeks now. Thankfully I seem to be at least maintaining though.

I hope that you all join me in a refocusing of your plan (if you have fallen a bit atray as I have) or stay true to the course if you have been "good."
