I'm at the top of my calorie range for the day,
which is fine, because I usually don't go that
high. I might be over slightly, but I've entered
the foods the best I can. It was not the best
choices but I made them work. It was what I
Mall in the AM.
2 walks: 40 min & 20 min
Church tonight, was very good & I was very tired.
Out after with 3 friends. Had a snack. Nice to be
home and about to get to bed.
Knee still bothersome, but working with it.
